proLogistik achieves significantly increased performance in software support
Finally, a structured approach to call processing: Within only a few months, the Dortmund system house, proLogistik GmbH & Co KG, was able to reduce the number of pending software support requests from over 300 to consistently less than 200 - with an increase in the number of customers. One reason was the web-based Actricity CRM and after-sales portal with which proLogistik completely reorganized software support, from the hotline through to 3rd-level support. Customers reacted with much praise.

topsoft 2009: Actricity introduces web-based ERP for ambitious international Service Providers
International service providers, as for example, IT consultancy companies can now represent their corporate processes and their challenging project business with Actricity, too. Initially, the Swiss based CRM specialist had further developed its Actricity CRM & service platform for its own mother company Codex, where the new system is being successfully used for two years now. On the 17th Swiss IT fair trade topsoft from 23rd to 24th September in Bern Actricity will present the service provider ERP in detail on booth 73a. Also on display will be the portal's new “mobile” mode, by which mobile end devices such as smartphones can be integrated directly into the CRM and service portal in spite of different operating systems.
