Java-based Actricity CRM-Solutions allow simple Data Transfer via Web Service
Thanks to the open-source business software of the Swiss manufacturer Actricity, companies in daily business may build and apply individual service-oriented architectures in an uncomplicated way. Common web services such as translation help or route planners may be fastly and easily integrated in Actricity solutions. Depending on the project, a variety of web services enable to e.g. update currency or market rates or to query stocks from the ERP-system. Together with a customer, Actricity e.g. realised an Internet interface enabling a web-based data transfer from the ERP system into the CRM system.

Actricity presents ERP for Service Providers and CRM Portal for Sales and After-Sales Services
On the occasion of the Swiss Topsoft 2010, taking place on September 29 and 30 in Winterthur, Actricity AG of Rotkreuz will present their web-based software solutions particularly for service-oriented companies. The main focus will be on the new, web-enabled Actricity ERP system for service providers, supporting sophisticated project and service processes of consulting and service companies. Moreover, the functions of the Actricity CRM portal will be explained.

Wheel and shower enclosure specialist Ronal AG banks on the Actricity CRM solution
The Swiss CRM supplier, Actricity AG, succeeded in winning an innovative customer with the wheel and shower enclosure specialist, Ronal AG. In the future, Ronal AG will be banking on the web-based CRM solution, Actricity, for the implementation of sales planning.

Swiss CRM Forum 2010: Much praise for user-friendliness of web-based Actricity ERP and CRM solutions
Actricity AG from Rotkreuz is completely satisfied with the results of the tenth Swiss CRM Forum trade show on June 24th in Zurich, which set a record with over 800 guests and about 70 exhibitors. At the Actricity stand, the producer of web-based CRM, after-sales and service-provider complete solutions was met not only with great interest on the part of visitors, but also with praise. "After demo presentations, we received confirmations time and again that we have an extremely user-friendly system," reports Martin Bühler, CEO of Actricity AG. There was a general feeling that especially translocal and transnational CRM solutions are becoming increasingly important for companies.

Portal Specialist Actricity AG now markets new Service ERP in Germany, too
Actricity AG, supplier of web-based software solutions with its seat in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, now introduces the new completely integrated service ERP also on the German market. The solution was firstly introduced at the end of 2009 in Switzerland. The system, designed on the basis of the Actricity CRM- and After-Sales portal solutions has been expanded step by step with additional modules and analysis tools resulting in an extensive overall solution. With the new solution the portal provider particularly aims to service providers and trade companies with demanding project management. It allows to plan, control and analyse projects continuously and directly out of the ERP system – thanks to the platform-independent web architecture also independent of role, site and country.

Actricity AG presents ERP for Service Providers and CRM Portal with comprehensive After-Sales Service
In 2010, Actricity AG, manufacturer of web-based company solutions based in Rotkreuz, will be present as an exhibitor at the topsoft again. At the fair, Actricity with its CRM portal will introduce the latest release of the central CRM and service platform particularly for service-oriented companies characterised by complex sales and after-sales processes. For service providers with a sophisticated project business, the company will additionally show a comprehensive ERP solution for the central planning and control of projects beyond role, country and location barriers.
