Actricity's knowledge management is a central and overarching module and is available for all objects and processes. Knowledge can be managed in a structured way and be linked to any number of documents. Generation, management and querying can be object and process oriented (interactive querying and generation) or independent of objects and processes. Comfortable search mechanisms are available.

General helps, like training documents, manuals, FAQs or process-relevant documents like process descriptions, guidelines, templates, check lists or product-specific information like error descriptions, workarounds, correction instructions, specific knowledge about a customer installation or company news can all be managed as knowledge.

Once again, Actricity's role architecture makes it possible to structure access to knowledge in a way suitable for users. Beyond that, it is also possible to subscribe to selected themes and so, be automatically informed of changes.
