Order Management

Actricity supports order processing for material (hardware, software, replacement parts) and services, both within and outside of a customer project, very comprehensively. Handling extends from preparing, sending, following up on and evaluating offers to order confirmation and delivery (partial or complete delivery, staging, returns) and includes invoicing as well (partial invoices, accrual accounting, credits). For order processing, Actricity offers flexibility in option handling and an ingenious price and discount calculator. All currencies are supported and complete integration in the project management and in the material management areas is ensured.

Tasks and information can be shared in the portal between customer and supplier according to defined roles.
