Innovative product development and practically-oriented product localizations underpin the further development of the corporate group.

Finally, structured call processing: Within only a few months, the Dortmund system house, proLogistik GmbH & Co KG, was able to reduce the number of pending software support requests from over 300 to consistently less than 200 - with an increase in the number of customers. One reason was the web-based Actricity CRM and after-sales portal with which proLogistik completely reorganized software support, from the hotline through to 3rd-level support. Customers reacted with much praise.
